The kitchen is a space for bonding, celebration and create beautiful memories with your family, friends and love ones. With the help of general contractor Renato Garcia, he gave the kitchen a modern upgrade that is functional, spacious, airy and look so much better.
He opened the floor plan by tearing down the kitchen walls and added two columns in colonial design to support the beam. Made additional support to the crawl space to make it level. Roll out, soft close drawers were installed on the entire kitchen cabinets including the island for extra storage. Relocated the refrigerator for a more functional and spacious look. The homeowner’s center mosaic tile made a stunning addition by bringing their character and personality to overall look of the kitchen.
Storage space is a must in any kitchen but if you are navigating a tiny floor plan, it can be hard to find space for it. Our contractor Engr. Renato Garcia was able to provide a clever solution by constructing a new pantry behind the kitchen door. He also constructed a kitchen door for additional ventilation and natural light and the ceramic floor tiles gave the kitchen floor a modern style.
This island was installed to separate the dining area from the kitchen and to provide extra workspace and doubles as a breakfast bar. Windows were repositioned and made bigger for added ventilation without losing any natural light.
