This bathroom used to have an impractical layout. Contractor Engr. Renato Garcia’s idea to open the floor plan made this space into one super chic and grand bathroom. The bathroom becomes brighter, fresh, spacious and modern.

Before:

Closed-In, Dull and Dated

This dated design has a potential for a surprising remodel. The walls feel like they are closing in on this bathroom. Even though there is plenty of light pouring in, this lackluster space is ready for an upgrade.

This island was installed to separate the dining area from the kitchen and to provide extra workspace and doubles as a breakfast bar. Windows were repositioned and made bigger for added ventilation without losing any natural light.

AFTER:

Frameless, Fresh, Spacious and Modern

As the floor space opens up, this room was given a whole new look with a glamourous vibe. The bathroom becomes brighter, fresh, spacious and modern.

Gray tiles that flow beautifully from floor to ceiling visually enlarge the room by reflecting light throughout. The white ang black features of the double bathroom vanity set, and stunning gray quartz countertop made the room modern, bright and fresh. The custom made 3/8" thickness tempered glass with 80" height frameless single sliding door shower enclosure with matte black shower panel and fixed head adds a modern open feeling to the space giving this room a glamorous look. Toilet is floor mounted elongated bowl, heated seated with TOTO washlet ready electronic bidet. The modern and contemporary dimmable LED lighted bathroom vanity mirrors and scone kept room calm and inviting
